| Tribute from Central Government |
|
Since the foundation of the People’s Republic of China, the school has witnessed visits by many
important government figures, such as Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping, Jiang Zemin and Hu Jintao, all of
whom used to be either president or general secretary in China. During their visits they presented
the school with some precious works of their personal calligraphy to pay tribute or extend their best
wishes to the schools better future. |
